I may have been anxious for an entire evening and restless the night before—I also came pretty close to a panic attack.

Slightly off the beaten path, Willis York is the place to go if your hair needs some serious TLC.
Making your way up the stairs away from the busy flow of traffic outside, you enter a peaceful haven, greeted by lovely staff in a beautiful open space, replete with plenty of greenery and gorgeous chandeliers.
Its airy, relaxing and the kind of place you want to come and unwind—or in my case, move in.
The stylists are pros who work across all aspects of hairdressing, including editorial shoots and Fashion Week. That alone gets my tick of approval. These are pure creatives who love what they do, and watching a stylist at work is to view a master in his/ her craft.
I planned my visit a week in advance, and after an hour and a half (I have very thick hair) I left behind what looked like a small furry creature who is either in the bin right now or being used to build a nest…
